SYT6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYT6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,904 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are NGFR, PREX1, and SERPINE2. Each is linked with SYT6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT6-to-partner and partner-to-SYT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT6 versus NGFR in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
