SYT5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,154 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52N1, LINC02374, and GUSBP10. Each is linked with SYT5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT5-to-partner and partner-to-SYT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52N1 grouped by SYT5-low versus SYT5-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
