SYT5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYT5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,281 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNNI3, PPFIA3, and DNAAF3. Each is linked with SYT5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT5-to-partner and partner-to-SYT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT5 versus TNNI3 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
