SYT4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,782 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYN1, SYN1_S605, and SLC8A2_S622. Each is linked with SYT4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT4-to-partner and partner-to-SYT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT4 versus SYN1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
