Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 326 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABHD4, TANGO6, and TAF1C. Each is linked with SYT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT4-to-partner and partner-to-SYT4 results are reported.
