Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,053 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD1, DNAJC25, and SEH1L. Each is linked with SYT4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT4-to-partner and partner-to-SYT4 results are reported.
