SYT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, ACC1, and p90 RSK_pT359_S363. Each is linked with SYT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT4-to-partner and partner-to-SYT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by SYT4-low versus SYT4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
