SYT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,736 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are C19orf81, SHANK1, and APLP1. Each is linked with SYT3 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT3-to-partner and partner-to-SYT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
