Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,520 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMPD3, LRP11, and ERMN. Each is linked with SYT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT2-to-partner and partner-to-SYT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT2 versus SMPD3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
