SYT16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,515 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CYTH3, MTPAP, and S100A1. Each is linked with SYT16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT16-to-partner and partner-to-SYT16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT16 versus CYTH3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT16→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
