SYT15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,587 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALM, ACLY, and GIMAP8. Each is linked with SYT15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT15-to-partner and partner-to-SYT15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT15→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
