Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SYT15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SYT15 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SYT15 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SYT15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and HNSC show a favorable association.
UCEC, BLCA, and KIRP are the cancer types where SYT15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
