SYT12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,167 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endodermal cell differentiation, Cell differentiation involved in embryonic placenta development, and Negative regulation of phospholipid metabolic process. Each is linked with SYT12 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT12-to-partner and partner-to-SYT12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Endodermal cell differentiation grouped by SYT12-low versus SYT12-high in PAAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
