SYT12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and PCNA. Each is linked with SYT12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT12-to-partner and partner-to-SYT12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by SYT12-low versus SYT12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
