Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYT12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,918 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DTMP biosynthetic process, Pyrimidine deoxyribonucleoside monophosphate biosynthetic process, and Proteasomal ubiquitin-independent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with SYT12 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT12-to-partner and partner-to-SYT12 results are reported.
