SYPL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,908 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYPL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIP6, EPHB4, and HSPB1. Each is linked with SYPL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYPL1-to-partner and partner-to-SYPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYPL1 versus TRIP6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
