SYPL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYPL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,291 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGAP2, FIS1, and MDFI. Each is linked with SYPL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYPL1-to-partner and partner-to-SYPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYPL1 versus AGAP2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.22.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
