Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYPL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,628 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYPL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARMC10, ATP1A1, and LPCAT3. Each is linked with SYPL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYPL1-to-partner and partner-to-SYPL1 results are reported.
