Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Rab11, and cIAP. Each is linked with SYPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYPL1-to-partner and partner-to-SYPL1 results are reported.
