Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,056 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYPL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-sugar transmembrane transport, Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport, and Protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with SYPL1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYPL1-to-partner and partner-to-SYPL1 results are reported.
