Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNPR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,879 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNPR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SP100, TBC1D2B_S155, and SKAP2. Each is linked with SYNPR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNPR-to-partner and partner-to-SYNPR results are reported.
