SYNPO2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNPO2L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,102 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNPO2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIRIP3, BAG3, and BUB3. Each is linked with SYNPO2L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNPO2L-to-partner and partner-to-SYNPO2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HIRIP3 grouped by SYNPO2L-low versus SYNPO2L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNPO2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNPO2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
