Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNPO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,032 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNPO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, SGCD, and SYNPO2_S363. Each is linked with SYNPO2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNPO2-to-partner and partner-to-SYNPO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNPO2 versus PRKG1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNPO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNPO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
