Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYNPO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,696 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNPO2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Golgi vesicle transport, and CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell homeostasis. Each is linked with SYNPO2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNPO2-to-partner and partner-to-SYNPO2 results are reported.
