Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYNPO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 287 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNPO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MINAR2, MFSD2A, and FAM71C. Each is linked with SYNPO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNPO2-to-partner and partner-to-SYNPO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MINAR2 grouped by SYNPO2-low versus SYNPO2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNPO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNPO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
