SYNM

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,333 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DES, DES_S28, and DMD. Each is linked with SYNM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNM-to-partner and partner-to-SYNM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNM versus DES in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
