SYNM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNM-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, EGFR_pY1068, and ERK2. Each is linked with SYNM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNM-to-partner and partner-to-SYNM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met_pY1235 grouped by SYNM-low versus SYNM-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNM→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
