Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNJ2BP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,224 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNJ2BP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP4R3A, CDC42BPB, and UBR7. Each is linked with SYNJ2BP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNJ2BP-to-partner and partner-to-SYNJ2BP results are reported.
