Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNJ2BP protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,251 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNJ2BP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAP1L1, GAR1, and RBM39_S136. Each is linked with SYNJ2BP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNJ2BP-to-partner and partner-to-SYNJ2BP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNJ2BP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNJ2BP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
