SYNJ1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNJ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,479 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNJ1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are INPP4A, RPL4, and RPL5. Each is linked with SYNJ1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNJ1-to-partner and partner-to-SYNJ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNJ1 versus INPP4A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNJ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNJ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
