Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNJ1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,569 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNJ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R16B, LILRA1, and CEACAM4. Each is linked with SYNJ1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNJ1-to-partner and partner-to-SYNJ1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNJ1 versus PPP1R16B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNJ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNJ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
