Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNGR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNGR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4734, MIR6781, and MIRLET7F1. Each is linked with SYNGR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNGR3-to-partner and partner-to-SYNGR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4734 grouped by SYNGR3-low versus SYNGR3-high in UCEC.
