Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNE4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 211 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNE4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL544P, RN7SKP46, and LINC02528. Each is linked with SYNE4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNE4-to-partner and partner-to-SYNE4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL544P grouped by SYNE4-low versus SYNE4-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNE4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNE4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
