SYNDIG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNDIG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,108 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNDIG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN3, THY1, and PTK7. Each is linked with SYNDIG1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNDIG1-to-partner and partner-to-SYNDIG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNDIG1 versus CNN3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNDIG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNDIG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
