Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNDIG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,256 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNDIG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBMX2_S314, RBP7, and RBM14_T206. Each is linked with SYNDIG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNDIG1-to-partner and partner-to-SYNDIG1 results are reported.
