The most reproducible SYNDIG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rictor_pT1135, Bim, and 4E-BP1_pT37_T46. Each is linked with SYNDIG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNDIG1-to-partner and partner-to-SYNDIG1 results are reported.
