Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYNDIG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 859 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNDIG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Calcium ion transmembrane transport, and Regulation of pentose-phosphate shunt. Each is linked with SYNDIG1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNDIG1-to-partner and partner-to-SYNDIG1 results are reported.
