SYNDIG1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYNDIG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,355 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNDIG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RETREG2, ARG2, and WASHC2C. Each is linked with SYNDIG1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNDIG1-to-partner and partner-to-SYNDIG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYNDIG1 versus RETREG2 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNDIG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNDIG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
