SYNDIG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYNDIG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYNDIG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GABRA4, TXNDC8, and LCN9. Each is linked with SYNDIG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNDIG1-to-partner and partner-to-SYNDIG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GABRA4 grouped by SYNDIG1-low versus SYNDIG1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNDIG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNDIG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
