SYN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,708 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF7, PMM2, and ARHGEF17. Each is linked with SYN3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYN3-to-partner and partner-to-SYN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
