Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYMPK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 519 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYMPK-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR12D2, MMP26, and SALL3. Each is linked with SYMPK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYMPK-to-partner and partner-to-SYMPK results are reported.
