SYK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,573 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCKAP1L, OSTF1, and FNBP1. Each is linked with SYK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYK-to-partner and partner-to-SYK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYK versus NCKAP1L in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYK→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
