Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,047 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD226, RASAL3, and TNFSF8. Each is linked with SYK in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYK-to-partner and partner-to-SYK results are reported.
