SYK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,701 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYK-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3JP1, OR51B2, and CYYR1. Each is linked with SYK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYK-to-partner and partner-to-SYK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF3JP1 grouped by SYK-low versus SYK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYK→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
