SYF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 342 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-13P, RPS29P31, and ATF1P1. Each is linked with SYF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYF2-to-partner and partner-to-SYF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-13P grouped by SYF2-low versus SYF2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
