SYDE2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYDE2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,202 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYDE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HECW2, RERG-IT1, and DEPDC1P1. Each is linked with SYDE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYDE2-to-partner and partner-to-SYDE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYDE2 versus HECW2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYDE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYDE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
