Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYCP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,660 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYCP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA6, PARP2, and MMP7. Each is linked with SYCP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYCP2-to-partner and partner-to-SYCP2 results are reported.
