SYCE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYCE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYCE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPCP20, OR5B17, and MIR425. Each is linked with SYCE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYCE2-to-partner and partner-to-SYCE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPCP20 grouped by SYCE2-low versus SYCE2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYCE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYCE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
