Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYCE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,376 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYCE2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of stem cell population maintenance, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with SYCE2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYCE2-to-partner and partner-to-SYCE2 results are reported.
