SYCE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYCE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYCE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D21, PFN3, and PYDC2. Each is linked with SYCE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYCE2-to-partner and partner-to-SYCE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D21 grouped by SYCE2-low versus SYCE2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYCE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYCE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
